Fall Duck and Goose Hunts
Nebraska has some of the best waterfowl hunting in the country, and our honey hole is situated perfectly help you take advantage of the migration patterns and kill more birds.
We have blinds located in the legendary Rainwater Basin and on the Missouri and Platte River systems. We see lots of Canada Geese and a variety of ducks, with the Mallard being the most common. Our primary blind near Peru is right next to the river, and birds work the area hard looking for feed and roosting spots. The river keeps open water very late and we pump our pond to keep the ice at bay. This makes us a very hot spot in the late season when the rest of the guys stay home. We just fire up the blind heaters and cook up a hot breakfast in the blind on the really cold days. Come join us!
Ed Welte and his guides are diehard waterfowl hunters, and love the thrill of birds committing to the decoys. We can make your hunt one of the most memorable experiences of your life.
